• We do not operate on weekends and holidays.
• Our daily cut-off time is 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
• On Fridays, any orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the next business day.
• Most ground shipping will be shipped via FEDEX 2nd Day
• PO boxes will be shipped via USPS (Priority Mail).
• Large orders will be shipped via UPS Ground (3-5 business days) with a signature required upon delivery.
• FEDEX 2nd Day delivers Mon-Sat.

Express Next Day Air:

• Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day, depending on the volume of orders received.
• Orders placed on holidays will be fulfilled on the next business day, depending on the volume of orders received.
• Please note that some orders placed before the cut-off may not be shipped the same day, depending on the volume of orders we receive.

If delivery fails or not accepted you will be responsible for the return shipment costs

Judy Blue ships worldwide. Customers/recipients are responsible for covering all shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.

The shipping cost will vary based on the carrier's fees. If you refuse delivery and request to return the product to Judy Blue, you will also be responsible for all duties, including the return shipping fee.

Once your label is created, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date and a tracking number. Please note that this date is only an estimate, as international orders must clear customs before delivery can occur.
